Welcome to Pdecal.shop. By accessing our website or placing an order with Pdecal Sticker Printing Services (“Pdecal,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through our website and other transactions expressly covered by Pdecal.
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove or restrict rights provided to consumers under applicable Philippine laws.

However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on:

- Product batches.
Minor variations that do not materially affect the product may occur.
3. CUSTOMIZED AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
For customized products, production will be based on the information and artwork provided or approved by the customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing:

- Spelling;
- Dates;
- Photos;
- Designs;
- Colors;
- Sizes;
- Quantities;
- Other personalization details.
Once an order has been approved for production, changes may no longer be possible if production has already started.
4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that Pdecal has accepted the order.
Pdecal reserves the right to contact the customer to verify order details, payment, artwork, availability, or other information before production.
An order may be declined or cancelled when reasonably necessary, including cases involving:
- Incorrect pricing;
- Product unavailability;
- Invalid or incomplete information;
- Payment issues;
- Suspected fraudulent transactions;
- Inability to fulfill the requested customization.
5. PRICES
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
The price applicable to an accepted order will be the price confirmed for that transaction, subject to applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other disclosed fees.
6. PAYMENT
Customers must provide accurate payment information and complete payment according to the payment instructions provided by Pdecal.
Pdecal may delay production or shipment until payment has been verified.
7. PRODUCTION
Production time depends on the product, quantity, customization requirements, artwork approval, material availability, and current workload.
Estimated production times are not necessarily guaranteed delivery dates.
Customers should allow sufficient time for production and shipping.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders may be delivered through available courier or delivery services.
Delivery time may be affected by:
- Courier schedules;
- Weather;
- Traffic;
- Holidays;
- Natural disasters;
- Incorrect addresses;
- Failed delivery attempts;
- Other circumstances beyond Pdecal’s reasonable control.

Customers retain ownership of materials they have the legal right to provide to us, subject to the limited permission necessary for Pdecal to process the order.
Customers must not submit materials that infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
11. CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED MATERIALS
By submitting artwork, photographs, logos, text, or other materials for production, the customer represents that they have the necessary rights or authorization to use those materials.
Pdecal may refuse an order involving content that appears unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pdecal will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Philippine law.
13. POLICY CHANGES
Pdecal may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version posted on Pdecal.shop will apply to future transactions.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
